Hemochromatosis is a condition that develops when too much iron builds up in the body. Small amounts of iron are normally stored in the liver, kidneys, and heart, but excess iron will eventually damage these organs. Learn more about hereditary hemochromatosis.

Change of Heart classes Fats, fiber, sodium and more...education on a specific nutrient component of healthy heart nutrition. Taught by a Registered Dietitian, classes can be taken as a series or individually. Heart disease management and prevention through nutritional change is the focus. Pre-registration required.
